- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast or grill for 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and tender.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Brush cooked corn generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle cheese over corn and broil for 2–3 minutes, or cover grill pan to melt cheese.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
