Ingredients

Scale

12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Freshly grated Parmesan (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente (10–12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (6–8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the Alfredo sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated. Heat for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, topped with Parmesan and parsley if desired.
