- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions, bacon bits, diced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add in cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Spread mixture evenly in prepared dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly, then garnish with your choice of toppings and serve warm.
