Description

This Baked Cheese Dip is a warm, gooey, and golden appetizer that melts beautifully in the oven. With a blend of three cheeses, a creamy base, and customizable toppings, it’s a party favorite ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions, bacon bits, diced jalapeños

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add in cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Spread mixture evenly in prepared dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly, then garnish with your choice of toppings and serve warm.
